I have an absolute love affair with salads. They are mostly good for you, can be done in so many different ways, and are so easy to prepare. I had quite a lot of berries left over after making berry shortcakes and so decided to use them in a delicious summer salad.

Grilled or broiled boneless skinless chicken breast
I won't insult your intelligence by writing detailed instructions on how to prepare a salad. I do like to season my chicken breast with a sprinkling of no salt herbal seasoning, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. I did some grilling yesterday but I was too lazy to prep my chicken breasts and grill them so I just grilled them in the oven and voila!
I heart this salad dressing as it is the perfect mix of sweet and tangy. Try a similar one or a raspberry vinaigrette on this salad to really kick up the taste. I serve this with rolls for a complete meal that's both healthy and satisfying.
