I'm once again extremely
honored to be the recipient of another blog award!!! I am always grateful when
my fellow bloggers think enough of me and my work to bestow any award upon
me.
This award was given to me by Roshni from the blog Mom of big A little a. Roshni is a sweet and sassy lady, with a sharp wit and sense of humor. I truly love reading her blog and having her share on mine. Definitely check her blog out if you haven't heard of her--you've missed a lot! Thanks for the award!
*Include this
award logo in either your acceptance post or somewhere in your
acceptance.
*Answer 10
questions about yourself.
*Pass the award
onto 10-12 deserving bloggers.
*Add a link on
your post to all the talented winners and comment on their page to let them
know they are deemed amazing.
*Thank the
brilliant soul that recognized your talent and bestowed this wonderful award on
you...and of course link back to them as well!
Here are the 10
questions about myself:
1. If you could live anywhere, where would you live? No specific place in mind just yet, but definitely a
place with character, lots of old, large trees, plenty of things to do, good
food to eat, and WATER!
2.) If you could vacation anywhere, where would you go? If it's free, I'd love to visit the Mediterranean, Italy,
London, and Paris.
3.) What's your favorite part of blogging? I love the
'people' part of blogging. I get to meet new people, seriously, on a daily
basis! Many bloggers are so awesome and willing to offer whatever help they
can. I truly love my readers. The fact that people come here and not only read,
but share their experiences and thoughts, is amazing!
4.) Coffee or hot chocolate? Definitely
hot chocolate, hands down. I don't like coffee--other than to keep me awake
during one of my 12.5 hour night shifts when I work.
5.) What kind of coffee
do you drink? What do you put in it? I haven't
found my coffee maker since our move last December and haven't bothered buying
another, if that tells you anything :).
6.) What do you
do to relax? I love to read, but what I find most
relaxing is listening to music on my iPhone or iPod while I soak in a
lavender-scented bubble bath. I also relax by doing my own manicures and
pedicures.
7.) How do you keep calm in a very stressful situation? I work as a nurse, so I've benefited from my natural tendency to not panic and stay calm and rational. I hate when people start freaking out around me, I force myself to calm down, take several deep breaths and think of the best way to handle the situation at hand.
8.) Beautiful skies or clear skies with stars? Beautiful skies for me. Every day I wake up and when I see the bluest sky and puffiest clouds with the sunshine, I realize that it's my chance to make the day great.
9.) Dogs, cats or fish? I'm definitely a dog person. I
grew up with dogs, and although we don't have any pets now, I've always admired
their loyalty.
10.) Be honest, which last name do you like more, maiden or
married? My married name is longer, but more
common. My maiden name was always being misspelled and mispronounced.
Last, but not least, here are the fabulous bloggers that I am
passing this award on to:

Thanks Annmarie and I love your blog and was so happy to pass the award on to you--you deserve it! Yes, I work 12.5 hr night shifts and I hate coffee! I will only drink it if I'm really, really struggling to stay awake, but usually I'm so busy it's more of a race to get everything done before my shift ends.
