Review: Snapper Rock boardies

Here's the color/pattern I chose
It's cold outside here in Arizona.  People, don't buy into the fact that because it's 150 degrees for 6 months straight, that we bask in warmth year round.  It's just not true.  In fact, our morning lows over the last couple days has been hovering around 36ish degrees--not exactly what you would call toasty.

I'm longing for some beach and sun in the worst way! When I was asked to try a children's clothing item from Snapper Rock, I wasn't sure that I wanted to try it, because it was mostly beach/summer wear.  However, I couldn't resist how adorable their kid's wear was!

I got a pair of the boys boardie shorts.  They are just so cute.  These shorts come in a wide range of colors and patterns, so you're bound to find something.  The most impressive part, is that all of Snapper Rock's swimwear has UV protection, with an SPF of 50+ and they do this without adding chemicals or treatments to the fabrics.

I love that the fabric does not feel stiff or scratchy.  My son has ultra-sensitive skin and eczema, so that's a bonus for me. In addition to the swim shorts, you'll find several styles of hats, swim suits, kaftans, sundresses, and tops for children.  When you're looking for seriously cute and protective swim and summer gear for your little ones, visit Snapper Rock

  1. I actually really like this brand ... when I head to Hawaii to spend a couple weeks with family I always have sundresses from Snapper Rock.
    I love them :)

  2. That's great! I hadn't heard of them previously, but I'm really liking their line for kids. I think I'll order some stuff for next summer. Glad to know someone else has tried them and likes them too!
